Small but important points

We are happy to have your room ready for you from 1pm on the day of your arrival, on your day of departure we would ask you to vacate your room by 11am. On arrangement with us where possible, you can keep your room until 5pm for an additional charge of € 20.00 per person per room.
Method of payment: we prefer to accept your payment in cash. Bergschlössl accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD or cash card.
Early departure: 50% will be deducted off the remaining cost of your stay.
Bookings and cancellations: your holiday in this Naturidyll Hotel can be exclusively reserved for you on written confirmation and a deposit of € 200.00. Where a stay is cancelled, we cannot refund this deposit.
Additional charge for short stays: for stays of up to 3 nights there is an additional charge of 10%.
Unaccepted services cannot be refunded.
Fido, Kitties etc.: we would like to remind all dog and cat owners that their four-legged friends can only be accommodated when this is mentioned in advance and when a basket and blanket is provided by the owner. Pets are not allowed in the communal areas or the Adagio spa area. The additional cost for each pet is € 16.00 a day (excluding food).
Marlboro etc.: since 2005 it has been prohibited in Italy to smoke in public areas and dining areas. We’d like to guarantee you though that your cigarette or cigar will taste a lot better in the fresh Alpine air of the Luson valley.

Rooms may vary from the descriptions. 10% additional charge per person for less than a 3 night stay. Third person in room: € 60.00 per day.
