Our yoga courses are an integral part of the weekly program and all guests are welcome – irrespective of their age or experiences. Yoga is not only a perfect introduction to a discipline with millenia-long tradition but is also an opportunity to develop knowledge acquired independently, to become acquainted with respiration and its impact on the organism‘s function and fitness, to test and increase the own ability to concentrate and to strengthen the balance between body, mind and soul. In addition to these health-promoting effects, yoga is an occasion to find soothing relaxation, especially after a long walk, a sunny day on the slopes or a mountain bike tour.
