My stay

All information about your stay at Hotel Bergschlössl

When will breakfast be served?

Our large natural breakfast is available daily from 07:30 to 11:00. Your own table is always reserved for breakfast and dinner.

When is dinner?

Our large evening menu is freshly and creatively prepared for you every day. We ask you to come to the table between 18:30 and 20:00 to start the dinner.

Is there catering during the day?

Between 13:00 and 17:00 you can book freshly prepared natural dishes from our lunch menu at any time. In addition, our wellness tea and seasonal fruit or snacks are available for you free of charge in the spa area every day between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Is there childcare available?

Included as standard is our daily childcare from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, where the focus is on learning through play. The programme is available daily at the reception. Please register your children at the reception by 12:00 noon on the day of your choice.

What can I rent directly at the hotel?

All our guests can rent backpacks, hiking poles, snowshoes and sledges free of charge. Mountain bikes can be rented for a small surcharge, e-bikes via a local third-party provider about 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Can I travel by public transport?

We are happy about all guests who help us to preserve the environment. Directly at the hotel there is a bus stop with direct connection to the train station Brixen, to the Almen and the Plose (partly seasonal). Current timetables can be found at our local bus company.

Is there anything to consider when I arrive in winter?

All roads are cleared regularly and are normally passable at all times without any problems. Should you arrive by car, please note that in winter, for safety reasons, it is only possible to arrive via the road from Brixen.

When can I move into my room on arrival?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You are welcome to arrive earlier by arrangement and make use of all our services, including the sauna and water world. Please note that the room may not be ready for occupancy if you arrive earlier.

When do I have to leave the room on departure?

We kindly ask you to leave your room and check out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to enjoy our sauna and water world free of charge for the entire day of your departure. A late check-out is optionally available on request.

Is a late checkout possible?

If the availability of the occupied room allows it, a late check-out is possible. Please request this as early as possible. We charge from € 50 per room for late check-out, depending on the room category booked.

Can I still use the wellness facilities on the day of departure?

Yes, you are welcome to use our saunas and pools for the entire day of your departure at no additional cost. If you would also like to occupy the room, please request a late check-out.

Is a deposit required?

In order to fix a booking, we require a deposit of 100,- € or more. We reserve the right to waive this (e.g. for short-term bookings).

What are the cancellation conditions?

In terms of the Consumer Protection Code ("Notice under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005") there is no right of withdrawal, nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation rights:

Cancellation conditions

  • There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival. Any deposit paid will be converted into a voucher and can be redeemed at any time.
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

Where can I buy a voucher?

You can purchase vouchers here on our website and pay conveniently via credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or Paypal.

Can I order an individual voucher?

How long is my voucher valid?

As standard, we issue our vouchers with a validity of one whole year.

My voucher has expired, what can I do?

To request an extension, please contact us directly by phone at +39 0472 413 933 or via email at We reserve the right not to extend the voucher.

Can I pass on the voucher I have purchased?

You are welcome to give your voucher as a gift. However, our vouchers are not intended for resale.

How can I redeem my voucher?

To redeem a voucher, please let us know in advance (e.g. directly at the time of enquiry, booking, by telephone or via e-mail). Otherwise we reserve the right not to redeem the voucher.

When is my voucher active?

If you pay via credit card or Paypal, our vouchers will be activated directly. If you have paid for the voucher via bank transfer, the voucher will be activated upon receipt of payment.

Is day spa possible?

Yes, we also offer a day spa. You are welcome to purchase a voucher for it online here on our website or directly at the hotel. In order to make use of your day spa stay, please let us know your desired date in good time - otherwise we reserve the right to refuse or postpone the day spa stay.
