Breakfast after the cock crows

From 7.30 to 10.00 a.m. we offer a breakfast buffet in the dining area, with farmer's bread from the local bakery, freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices, a tea corner, regional sausage specialities, tasty mountain cheese, herbs and natural quark, fresh fruid salad, homemade compotes or cakes and sweets, natural yogurt, muesli, natural butter from the Binderhof farm, as well as natural Luson Valley honey from our neighbours' beehives.


We offer light hot dishes in the afternoon (supplement payable).

Please arrive for dinner between 6.30 and 8.00 p.m.. Our waiter will assign you a table which will be reserved for you for theduration of your stay.

The exquisite creations of our artist in the kitchen, Markus Hinteregger, and his team will charm you palate and your senses.
